Main Responsibility Areas:

1.[Concept Period] Act as the owner of digital products to serve no matter consumer or vets as our user. He/she will closely work with internal business team and external digital vendors to collect user voices from online/offline, to analysis user requirements, to evaluate solution, finally to shape / design digital product on functionalities and user experience for both current digital touch points & coming digital solution.

2.[Production Period] During the production period, the role will partner with marketing team, sales team, and inside digital team to design and leverage the good user experience, project monitoring until the digital product go live.

3.[Maintenance Period] After product launch, the role will be the owner to take the publish of user menu, lead the user training, maintenance and ongoing requirement finding for functionalities adding or version upgrade.

4.The digital products stand on WeChat Ecosystems (i.e. Mini Program, WeChat Account, WeChat Work…), Native App, SaaS platform, Website, and in future with Wearable devices, and other IoT touch points.

5.Act as digital product owner to operate and manage user growing as well.

6.Act as perform periodic user analysis report which required to drive the user insights to improve the user experience, and research on product with existing business situation. Manage and publish the user insights.

7.Act as digital trainer to deliver product knowledge within the organization to better align digital solution.

                                

    

Needed Competencies:

1.Strong understanding on digital applications, business & user requirement identification, and problem solving skills.

2.Strong social data analysis skill especially in user journey and user experience design.

3.Strong analytical capability on leveraging user feedback and map with user experience on different digital product solutions.

4.Strong communication skill to co-work with various group.

5.Experience on ux / product functionality design for 5+ digital products involving CMS, social media, mobile App, WeChat Account, Mini Program, website, and etc. Related testing experience is also welcomed.

6.Consumer insights experience based on consumer data analysis.

7.Good knowledge on user growing is a plus.

8.Ability to work within deadlines with tenacity and positive attitude.

9.5 years relevant experience in digital environment.

10.Passion on change and challenge.

                                            

    

Education Background:

    

Bachelor degree on Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Statistics, etc. but not limited.
