POSITION SUMMARY（职位概述）

• Responsible for in market Sales reporting & related sales analysis report & application of QV software development in reporting, provide insights from internal & external data to identify both the commercial and capability opportunities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责）

• QV software development in reporting, including In market report upgrade & related sales analysis upgrade, Micro market report

• Work closely with key interfaces including Sales, Marketing, Commercial and teams to ensure efficient sales execution.

• Responsible for In market sales report and QV reporting, In market sales forecast report

• Sales performance dashboard (Monthly)

• Micro marketing report (Yearly)

• In market sales database maintenance

• In market sales status report by weekly

• STS system info. Maintenance

• BU territory info. Maintenance

• Others tasks assigned by leader

SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）

• Bachelor’s degree or above in science or engineering.

• 5 years working experience with SFE/sales operation function in pharmaceutical, medical device or life science industry.

• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on skills.

• Good at MS Office, skill of SQL and Qlikview is preferred.

• Good interpersonal skills with teamwork spirit.

• Fluent Chinese and English – both written and oral

• 
  

DESIRABLE（优先条件）

• Strong software development experience with BI visualization tool experience with Qlikview and Power BI
