Main Responsibility Areas:

1.[Backend Capability] The role will act as the data owner to partner with other digital team members to drive data related projects, i.e. to take lead of the collaborated data center project from foundation setup to data preparation, data operation, data mining, data modeling, data analysis, data visualization and related API management with 3rd party systems or platforms.

2.[Frontend Capability] Data visualization and BI will also be counted in the working scope of the data expert

3.The role will closely work with cross team to provide data solution and support on different projects including requirement evaluation, accuracy analysis, business workflow re-engineering, data architecture design, validation, and etc.

4.Liaison within team on different digital projects to ensure complete alignment with technology, strategy, product design, and best practices as well as adopting them in CN market from data wise.

5.Act as the PM to lead data oriented projects and manage business expectation on requirement.

6.Support business on right process to maintain right data governance.

7.Manage any external vendors for project delivery as results efficiency.

8.Manage all API, data interfaces between data collaboration center and other systems.

Needed Competencies:

1.5 years relevant working experience.

2.Data related project management experience is a must.

3.Strong data analytical capability.

4.Working technologies on hands-on experience as data expert on digital area.

5.Strong problem solving skills.

6.CRM experience is a plus.

7.Good knowledge on cloud hosting and operation management.

8.Good knowledge on data security, i.e. familiar with CSL.

9.Ability to manage relationships with various groups which are critical to the project delivery.

10.Ability to work with deadlines with tenacity and positive attitude.

Education Background:

Bachelor degree on Information Tech, Computer Science, Math, Data Science, etc. but not limited.
