一、 供应商开发与管理

1. 供应商日常管理：合同管理、打样、出货及付款跟踪、产品验收、客户投诉反馈等；

2. 选择最优供应方案：与供应商谈判，争取价格、质量、交期、服务及付款方式；

3. 有效开发供应商，搜集、分析、汇总、维护供应商信息，对供应商进行分级管理；

4. 对供应商在价格、质量和交货期方面的表现进行评分，完成供应商评估管理，优化供应商数据库；

5. 定期进行采购数据分析并形成报告，以便节约成本和得到更好的采购条件。

二、 成本管理及项目跟踪

1. 根据采购政策和流程，结合项目要求，采取三家有效报价比较，审核供应商的报价方案，有效控制采购成本；

2. 结合各个供应商的生产计划，制定项目跟踪计划，每周更新项目进度，确保供应商的达成生产计划；

3. 根据项目目标，与公司内外部协同合作，保持有效的沟通。

职位要求：

1. 本科或以上；

2. 3-5年以上采购供应商管理经验 ；

3. 优秀的沟通协调及谈判能力，逻辑计划性强；

4. 良好的英语听说读写能力；

5. 熟悉现代ERP/MRP系统，掌握办公自动化；
