Job Description & Responsibilities:

Main purpose of the job and key background information

Detailed synopsis of the role - use bullet points where appropriate

  • Provide secretarial support to partners, senior managers or managers, including organizing meetings, taking meeting minutes, handling reimbursement issues, travel arrangements, etc...
  • Deal with emergency issues independently
  • Be under the direction of the leaders and cooperate with each department's operation
  • Make important conference/meeting arrangements for VIP guests as well as the executives from headquarters
  • Supervise driver support services, including being responsible for vehicle issues etc...
  • Other related tasks

Requirements:

Level of experience

Education/qualifications

Sector experience

Consulting experience


  • Bachelor degree holder preferably in Finance or English
  • One to five years' secretarial experience in multi-national company
  • Proficient in oral and written English
  • Good communication skills
  • Self motivated, team player and mature
  • Computer literacy, including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Overseas study or working experience would also be welcome
