Task description:

• Formulate and revise the project of ebike R & D ‘s management systems and processes, ensure the implementation of the project and the complement of the institutional basis;

    - 制定和修订车辆研发项目管理制度和流程，保证项目实施和制度基础完善； 

• Define the plan of the development budget, control the cost and the risk of development;

    - 制定研发预算计划，进行研发成本和风险控制； 

• Trace the implement process of the development project, monitor the efficiency of the project;

    - 跟进项目开发执行进度，监控项目执行力度； 

• Coordinate the development resources, intergrade the development system of the project, ensure the successful implementation of the development project;

    - 协调项目开发资源，整合项目开发系统，确保开发项目顺利实施； 

• Review the project quality, organize communication to obtain the feedback;

    - 参与评审项目质量，并组织沟通反馈； 

• Other project management work relates to automotive R & D ‘s management.

• Project management of the automotive R&D department is preferred；

    - 有电动车行业研发部门的项目管理经验； 

• Familiar with the development process of the e-bike parts；

    - 熟悉车辆配件的研发流程； 

• excellent English written and spoken, German language preferred；

    - 能讲流利的英文，能讲德文优先； 

• Good team player with outstanding communication skills；

• Creativity for technical solutions.
