Senior Design Engineer (Image Sensor Processor, Image Processing algorithm)

THE ROLE:

AMD ISP team is an IP team and be responsible to deliver Image Sensor Processor (ISP) IP in SOC for AMD products. You'll be working with the ISP design and verification team and focus on inventing and utilizing new image algorithm.

THE PERSON:

Has strong knowledge with digital image processing algorithm and CMOS camera related experience is highly desirable. Has good communication skills and be able to work both independently and in a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research on image processing algorithm with CMOS camera input
• Provide C/C++/Matlab algorithm model. Closely work with ASIC designer in new function module definition and implementation
• Participate in image sensor tuning methodology development; improve customer satisfaction and image quality

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Strong experience in C/C++/Matlab for image processing algorithm
• Has knowledge in ASIC design and implementation
• Experience on camera/ISP software, firmware
• Good written and spoken English

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor or Master, major in EE, CS or related area; PHD is highly valued.
