Main Responsibility Areas:

1.Function as scram master and PM for any digital project per team roadmap.

2.The role will work closely with internal business team (medical team, marketing, sales, and etc.) on implementing digital projects including requirement evaluation and analysis, translate the business requirement to tech requirement, and monitor the deployment, validation, product support, training and etc.

3.Work together with digital internal team (UX expert, data expert, etc.) to improve user digital experience and maximize data value for business purpose.

4.Co-work with corporate IT team on infra solution (cloud hosting…) to fulfill coming digital product solution, such as e-learning platform, any other SaaS, PaaS, IaaS solution selection, evaluation, and deployment.

5.Facilitate various group, maintain an engaging relationship among business, tech COE, and external parties as to deliver the results efficiently. Meanwhile resolving any conflict that might hold up the project and manage the project on timely base.

6.Maximize the use of template design and avoid deviation away from standard functionality limitation

7.Map the functionalities with related tech solution selection to fulfill the business requirement, when project running, the role need to act as the scram master for agile adoption.

8.Coach business on right process to maintain right governance.

9.Manage API and interfaces with different systems.

10.Manage any external vendors for project delivery.

11.Research on new tech. POC on IoT or other medical related tech.

Needed Competencies:

1.5 years relevant working experience in mobile tech / dev. Environment, at least 2 years on digital project lead, and at least 2 full cycle projects management experience.

2.Experience on either website, Mini-Program, Native App, Middleware dev. is welcomed. Experience on e-learning platform is a plus.

3.Experience on scram master on agile projects, and any other working technologies on hands-on dev. experience is highly preferred.

4.Medical company experience is a plus.

5.Passion on digital solution.

6.Strong data analytical capability.

7.Strong problem solving skills and communication skill on business requirement leverage within internal business team, and strong vendor management skill on project delivery.

8.Good knowledge on cloud hosting and operation management.

9.Ability to work with deadlines with tenacity and positive attitude.

Education Background:

Bachelor degree on Information Tech, Computer Science, Math, etc. but not limited.
