Job description
This role performs complex administrative tasks following established processes and procedures within an assigned function.
Focus on Japan Business partner's rebate program and claim program. They need to well work with Japan customer and IBM Japan internal parties to ensure the accuracy, timeless feedback.
They develop and implement new business procedures, plans, and processes.
Required
bachelor's Degree or above
Language: Japanese(native)/English
Experience: Above 3 years working experience
Additional information
Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills for Japanese.
English written and reading skill. Good oral English is preferred.
High degree of attention to detail and digital.
Finance background is preferred.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Good office software skill, especially for xls.
Professional phone manner and presence.
IBM HW/SWG fulfillment background will be an advantage.
