Main tasks:

• Promote sales of products in China identifying new opportunities with local and international companies.
• Manage relationship with customer through all phases of the sales cycle.
• Implement plans and strategies to maximize sales. Ensure the achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company’s sales policies.
• Work together with Marketing and Engineering areas in order to provide tailored solutions to customer.
• Carry out sales visits, quotation presentation, CRM system up-to-date, forecasting, etc.
• Track the status of current orders and update customers accordingly.
• Coordinate the activity of departments involved in fulfilling the orders.

Qualifications and experience:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical would be preferred) or equivalent sales experience in relevant market.
• + 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager position.
• + 5 years in flexible packaging industry.
• Strong experience in selling packaging solutions to markets.
• Experience working with large multinational companies is highly valuable.
• Proficient in use of technology (Office 365 and other common software)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin

• Strong drive in achieving goals, result/ target orientated, with good EQ
• High-energy and self-starter with highly developed problem solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office products and a CRM software as well.
• Result and deadline oriented.
• Availability to travel extensively (at least 70% of the time).
• Proven record and strong references in achieving sales goals.
