Position: Key Account Manager 重点客户经理

Location: 北京/天津/深圳

Report to: 宠物团队销售总监

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and build a clear Key Account service strategy and business model in companion animal market, implement the yearly and long term account development plan;

为宠物重点客户市场设计以及建立一个明确的重点客户服务政策和业务模型，制定年度以及长期的发展战略

Understand needs and wants of each account, giving an integral proposal for services;

分析客户的表象和实质的需求，为服务提供整体解决方案

Make frequent visits/contacts to customers and build solid relationship with the different layers of key customers；

定期拜访客户，与重点客户各级人员建立坚固的伙伴关系

Design and implement customized marketing/technical activities to promote Zoetis’s products;

开展市场、技术活动，推广硕腾产品

Optimize and maintain the Key Account satisfaction and provide excellent technical and commercial service to the customers;

优化与提升客户满意度，为客户提供卓越的技术和商务服务

Stay well informed about developments at existing and potential customers;

掌握现有客户和潜在客户的发展信息

Monitor competition position and move it forward;

敏锐掌握竞争对手的情况并积极应对

Actively communicate and coordinate with district managers and sales reps to effectively execute the KA strategies and tactics at clinic level

和销售经理和销售代表保持积极沟通确保大客户的战略和具体活动执行会在医院层面有效落地

BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in animal husbandry, biological sciences preferred;

学士学位及以上，动保,兽医,生命科学相关类优先

Hold a MBA degree of famous university worldwide is a solid plus;

拥有知名学府MBA学历优先考虑

At least 5 years’ experience in sales or marketing field, familiar with Agriculture or Animal health industry preferred;

5年以上销售或市场工作经验，熟悉农业或是动物医学领域优先考虑

Proved successful experience in customer and market development is a must;

拥有可证明的成功销售与市场开发经验；

Excellent negotiation and communication skills;

出色的谈判与沟通技巧

Good Command of written and reading English;

良好的英语书写和阅读能力

Could speak simple English;

能用英语进行简单交流

Skilled with all Microsoft Office tools (word, excel, ppt…);

熟练掌握办公自动化软件（word, excel, ppt…)

Proactive in solving problems, strong in analyzing;

积极主动的问题解决能力与优秀的分析能力

Positive, Proactive, always look for opportunities and challenge;

积极主动、总能寻找机会和挑战

Willing to travel;
