Job Description:

- Financial analysis on monthly basis

- Develop budget and rolling forecast particularly in cost rolling and control

- Implement accounting system, policies and procedures to strengthen internal control

- SAP Key user and system continual improvement

- At year-end or beginning of the year, work with outside auditors

- Supervise and work closely with Finance team members to ensure the book keeping process associated with Changshu plant and Songjiang plant.

- Responsible for managing monthly/quarterly/yearly closing under the requested time frame

- Develop product valuation and cost structure under corporate guideline

- Set up cash flow plan and statements

- Implement internal control policies and audit execution

- Manage inventory and costing in SAP

- Work out and issue finance related policies and procedures

- Other financial reports and tasks assigned by GM

Requirements:

- Accounting or Finance related Major with Bachelor degree or above

- 5 years above of progressive experience in accounting / financial management in Foreign-invested manufacturing companies and at least 2 years of experience in the position of Financial Supervisor or above

- Very familiar with SAP system in English version
