职位描述：

1. Design, implement and managing the processes of supply chain.

设计优化供应链管理流程，供应商管理；

2. Buying / purchasing, procurement, warehouse and logistics.

采购、仓库和物流管理；

3. Control cost budget and improve efficiency.

控制成本预算，提高效率；

4. Cooperate with all departments.

与各部门协作，采购管理。

主要职责：

1. Design and optimize the processes of supply chain management, manage the system of supply chain operation.

设计优化供应链管理流程，管理公司供应链体系的运作；

2. Strong negotiation capability.

较强的谈判能力；

3. Effectively control the cost of purchasing, stocks, and logistics cost, to support the company business` objectives.

有效控制采购成本、物流费用，支持公司经营目标；

4. Suppliers research, selection, evaluation, management.

开发、选择、评估、管理供应商；

5. According to the Company's business objectives participate in the strategy plan, to provide advice and information support for major purchasing decisions.

根据公司经营目标制定采购战略计划，为重大采购决策提供建议和信息支持；

6. Responsible for the daily management of the department and team.

负责本部门及团队的日常管理；

7. Other tasks assigned by the general manager.

总经理交办的其他事宜。

任职要求：

1. Minimum 5 years` relevant work experience of the supply chain, large foreign work experience is preferred.

5年以上相关供应链工作经验，有大型外企工作经验者优先；

2. Logistics Management, Enterprise Resource Planning or related bachelor’s degree and above.

本科以上学历，物流管理、企业资源计划管理等相关专业优先；

3. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

较好的英文听、说、读、写能力；

4. Strong data analysis ability and the ability of communication and coordination.

较强的数据分析能力和沟通协调能力；

5. Skilled in ERP, MRP, Word, Excel and other office software.

熟练使用ERP、MRP、Word、Excel等办公软件。
