职位描述：

1. Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.

促进质量及组织绩效改善；

2. Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.

开发、实施、沟通和保持质量计划，以使公司的质量体系和政策符合质量系统的要求；

3. Effectively interact with Purchasing, Production and Development teams to maintain product supply and help introduce new products.

有效与采购、生产和开发团队互动，以保证产品供应并协助介绍新产品。

主要职责：

1. Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation. Considering the application of environmental and health and safety standards.

遵守国家及国际标准和法规，符合环境，健康和安全标准；

2. Establishing standards of service for customers or clients.

为客户/顾客建立标准化服务；

3. Organize and manage quality assurance function in close co-operation with the customers and with the Company’s Management team (Member of Management Team).

质量管理，并与公司的管理团队一起(管理团队的成员)与客户密切合作；

4. Control the quality costs, monitoring the rate of defective and scrap rate.

控制质量成本，监测次品率及报废率记录；

5. Responsible for system audits, products certification and the external sector coordination contact.

负责体系审核、产品认证等与外界部门的协调联系；

6. Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the QA/QC.

制定、管理、开发、实施适合QA/QC的目标、政策、程序、系统；

7. Supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks.

监督技术人员测试和检查；

8. Writing technical and management systems reports.

编写技术和管理系统报告；

9. Other tasks assigned by the general manager.

总经理交办的其他事宜。

任职要求：

1. Minimum 5 years` relevant work experience of the quality manager, have a deep understanding of the quality control.

5年以上质量管理工作经验，对质量监控有深刻的认识；

2. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Science and engineering.

本科以上学历，理工类相关专业；

3. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

较好的英文听、说、读、写能力；

4. ISO and ERP knowledge and experience.

有ISO、ERP系统知识及工作经验；

5. Be strategic, methodical, logical and detail oriented.

有战略性的、系统的、逻辑的、注重细节。
