主要职责：

1. Reporting to the department head, in charge of the workshop safety operation along with working with the Furniture Manager team to define production planning and implement the production in the workshop to meet delivery requirement.

向部门主管汇报，负责车间安全生产操作并根据生产计划与家具生产团队协作实施生产过程，以满足交货需求；

2. Communicate with shift leaders and technician to ensure that delivery is in accordance to timeline and plan.

与车间主任及技术人员沟通以保证交货时间；

3. Be responsible for managing the workshop daily activity to ensure quality, material flow and 7S are in good condition and in accordance to plans.

负责管理车间日常工作，保证质量、物料供应及7S状况良好并与符合计划要求；

4. You will have a strong understanding of high speed progress stamping tool and stamping process operation along with a good understanding of Statistical Process Control and basic knowledge in ISO.

熟悉高速冲压模具、冲压工艺操作、统计过程控制，对ISO有基本认知；

5. Other tasks assigned by the general manager.

总经理交办的其他事宜。

任职要求：

1. At least 5 years` relevant work experience in metal stamping workshop along with relevant experience in workshop onside management.

五年以上金属冲压车间、车间管理工作经验；

2. Junior degree and above.

大专以上学历；

3. Strong ability of communication and coordination.

较强的沟通协调能力。
