?At least 5 years experience in the same field of optoelectronics manufacturing set-up.

- Must posses the ability to managed Quality Management
- With extensive experience and knowledge on the execution of the Quality Systems such as, IPQC, OQA, QM certifications and audits, IQA and other quality programs.
- Capability to drive best practices for improvements, uplifts and retain optimum and high quality performance level based on the International Quality Systems and Standards.
- Ability to plan, lead, organize and execute projects and programs
- Coordinates on the materials qualification, resolve material issue and improve IQC systems and capabilities.
