工作职责：
1. 管理与安排教学部日常工作，并保持与总部教学部的良好沟通
2. 管理本中心教学部所有中方及外籍员工
3. 监控教学质量，合理安排教学部工作
4. 教授英语课程；授课计划和准备
5. 为学生提供咨询服务，学生情况跟踪
6. 处理学生投诉事宜，及时反馈学生意见
7. 外籍教师的招聘
8. 执行学校安排的其他相关工作
职位要求：
1. 英语专业本科以上学历，英语专业八级以上；
2.二年以上英语教学经验
3. 认真负责、工作主动、善于领导及团结下属
4. 能承受一定的压力，勇于接受挑战。
