Job Description

- To identify and develop New Customers (Microelectronics market segment) for local China.  - Liaise and maintain the relationship with potential new customers. Deep dive the business opportunity from the new customers.  - To set an annual sales AOP for new and/or potential new customers. Develop sales strategy to achieve AOP sales goals and revenues  - Monitor the achievement of sales objectives.   - Generate weekly reports for new customers activities.  - Assist on cost analysis and quote preparation for new customers.  - Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.  - Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals 

Requirements

- Degree or above in business or Microelectronics related professional qualification.  - At least 8 years or above in Sales position for OEM/ODM field.  - Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.  - Technical sales skills in Microelectronics and SMT/PCBA/Box Build.  - Knowledge of market research of Microelectronics Industry.  - Relevant product and industry knowledge for Microelectronics. 

- Strong customers network in Electronics/Microelectronics industry.  - Technical knowledge for SMT/PCBA/Box Build process will be an advantage.

-Experience in Microelectronics market research and prospecting new customers, especially in China. Self motivating and good communication skill.

-Great sales experiences and networking in Microelectronics industry. Knowledge in EMS/ODM market is required.

为新客户和/或潜在客户制定年度销售计划，

制定销售策略促进销售目标的达成

督促销售目标的达成

每周生产潜在新客户报告

协助完成新客户的成本分析和报价

负责市场调研，竞争对手和客户的分析

根据销售报告提出销售建议

 

任职资格：

国际贸易或微电子专业本科或以上学历

8年以上OEM/ODM销售工作经验

具有制定和执行销售计划和销售策略的所有方面的经验

具有微电子和SMT/PCBA/整机组装制造行业的销售技能

具备微电子行业的市场调查能力

精通微电子相关产品和行业知识

了解国内的微电子行业市场行情，掌握强大的电子/微电子行业客户网络

有SMT/PCBA/ Box Build生产工艺经验者优先

有微电子市场研究和开发新客户的经验，特别是在中国市场。自我激励和良好的沟通能力

具有丰富的微电子行业销售经验和渠道经验，熟悉EMS/ODM市场。
