Position Overview:
-Engineering group development and strategies
-Datacard product and manufacturing technology transferring and establishment
-Engineering support for production, QA and MAT
-Continuation engineering development
-Continuous improvement for manufacturing process

Responsibilities:

-Managing a manufacturing engineering team to insure all the products are well documented and correct manufacturing process implemented in production operation
-Project management for new products transfer projects and ensure projects fulfilled in time, on schedule and under budget
-Strategies making for Suzhou engineering group developing
-Quality control in manufacturing process to ensure high quality products produced in correct and stable process
-Ensure proper documentation of manufacturing operation on products
-Communicate with R&D of headquarters and recommend engineering change in products to support manufacturing technology
-Organize to design, develop or recommend equipment required to support manufacturability of product
-Mange teams to implement continuous improvement projects, such as lean, and Kaizen etc.
-Support supply chain to develop and qualify vendors
-Design test method and test fixtures for desired objectives
-Work to optimize cost of product

Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor degree or above in engineering technology
-Over 5 years product development experience plus over 3 years project/engineering management experience
-Strong engineering background in mechanical & electronic engineering, tooling & molding engineering
-Good knowledge about manufacturing process and technology, extensive skill for problem analyzing and resolving
-Productive and efficient work habits without supervision, self-motivator with high energy
-Outstanding competence for team establishment, management and cooperation
-Efficient work with good PC skill, skillful operation with software such as MS office, Lotus notes and Oracle is required
-Fluent communication skill in both English and Mandarin.

Working Conditions
-Directly participates in establishing and administering many centralized functional projects.
-Develops and administers budgets, schedules, and performance standards.
