Job Description:

1.Provide assistance to the GM on administrative issues, including interpretation, translation, schedule meeting and appointment, make various travel arrangements; coordinate with internal or external key visitors.

2.Facilitates smooth conduct of GM’s affairs by coordinating information flow.

3.Translating and give a help for the communication for the General Manager and employees.

4.Managing the support and schedule for visitors, arrange and coordinate all related administration issues.

5.Provide visa, residence permit and all expat related service.

6.All business contract and important company license and documents filing.

7.Other GM related jobs or assignments GM arranged.                     

 

Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree and major in English and related field.

2. 3 years professional experiences in similar function, preferably in foreign enterprise in a manufacturing environment.

3. Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skill.

4. Excellent English language skill both oral and written.

5. Capable of interacting with all levels within an organization including executive level management.

6. Hardworking, detailed-oriented; good planning skill with good time management.

7. Can work under pressure, high working efficiency and strong sense of responsibility.

8. Good PC software skill.
