Essential Responsibilities:
1.Setup and maintain QA department, monitor and help to improve QA personnel performance, train QA personnel to satisfy company needs
2.Manage TS-16949 quality system as the “Management Representative”; assure suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of quality management system
3.Hold daily quality meeting & QOS meeting and close the issues; Hold management review per our TS-16949 requirements
4.Lead the development of Control Plans for each product line;
5.Participate on the cross-functional team to develop the PFMEA for each product line
6.Monitor, analyze and improve company quality performance; prepare and complete preventive action plan;
7.Arrange related personnel to resolve customer complaint immediately, Review and approve 8D to assure action is effective (put all 8'-D's in non-conf system)
8.Review sort & rework with work instruction;
9.Review APQP plan and assure all objective can be achieved, Write, review, approve and submit PPAP according to customer requirement
10.Process change control - Manage the Material Review Board (MRB) process and Manage the Customer quality issue Returned Material Authorization (RMA) process
11.Push ahead with 5S, safety and improvement activities
12.Periodically review all related processes and assure their effectiveness and efficiency
13.Monitor quality objective result and take action to improve
14.Conduct budget management and cost reduction
15.Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
Position Requirements:
1.Proven minimum 5 years of experience in quality supervision position in automotive industry, familiar with APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, customer complaint resolution, 5-Why / 8-D analysis, TS-16949
2.Must have a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized college.
Skills, Knowledge & Language
Mandatory Required:
3.Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Design, Lean Manufacturing, 5S
4.Language Skills: Mandarin/ strong written and oral English required
5.Reasoning Ability
6.Ability to solve complex problems through logical reasoning
7.Ms office /Fluent English communication skills
