3.Be familiar lean method or six sigma
4.Good attitude and teamwork
Job Responsibilities:
Summary: IE activities planning,implementation and CIP,Process design and introduction
1.Planning standard one piece flow breakdown, people configuration and Material flow,line balancing, Efficiency improvement
2.Production process design and introduction(production layout, production cost, process/ ECR, capacity evaluation,CIP)
3.Motion study and analysis ,time study, define standardized C/T ,productivity improvement.
4.New product introduce from sample build to SOP
5.Ergonomic jig/fixture/ tooling design
