Job description: 职位描述：

As finance and HR manager for a relative small company, you will be responsible for the finance and HR department. You will be working close together with the foreign GM.

作为一家小型外资企业的财务及人力资源经理，你的职责范围是财务以及人力资源部门。你将与外籍总经理紧密协作。

Your main focus will be on optimizing and handling all matters regarding the finance and HR department as well setting up procedures and processes in order for the company to grow.

你的主要工作内容是优化和处理财务部和人力资源部的各种问题，同时还要建立起成熟完善的各项工作体系和工作流程，以便帮助公司不断成长。

Requirements:岗位要求：

1. You have a college degree or above and has a minimum of 3 years experience related to finance and HR.

1. 本科及以上学历，至少3年财务及人力资源相关工作经验。

2. You have the by law necessary certificates regarding finance required by law.

2.依法持有必要的财务相关上岗证及其他财务证书。

3. You are fluent in English, both oral and written and have good PC skills.

3. 掌握流利的英语口语、书面语，良好的计算机水平。

4. You are skilled in leading, managing and inspiring your team members to get the tasks done on time.

4. 善于领导、管理、激发下属员工，保质保量按时完成工作。

5. You work well both independently as well are a team player. You are detail oriented and works well under pressure during busy periods and are dedicated to your work.

5. 独立的工作能力，但又同时兼有良好的团队合作精神。工作有条理，在工作繁忙时有良好的抗压能力，并乐于奉献。

6. You have a creative mind, can think processes and procedures through and also lead them into practice.

6. 有创造性的头脑，既善于把握宏观进程和流程，又善于考虑细节问题，并有能够把计划和想法付诸实施的能力。

7. You are eager to learn and have a positive mind and approach towards people.

7. 接受能力好，好学，工作积极，喜欢与人打交道。
