Job description: 职位描述：

As sales manager for Shooting St@rZ, your overall responsibility is to develop our business, finding suitable franchise partners/agents around China for opening stores and shop in shops, as well finding good locations for our own stores.

作为Shooting St@rZ品牌的销售经理, 你主要负责发展贸易，在全国范围内找到合适的特许加盟商或合作伙伴，帮助我们的品牌与加盟商合作，开设实体店和购物中心专卖店。于此同时，你需要为我们自己的直营店做好选址等各项工作。

Further you will be responsible for implementing a high level customer service as well carry out sales training for our shop staffs as well style consultants.

其次，你需要负责组织实施高水准的客户服务，同时对我们的店铺导购以及款式顾问都要进行系统的培训。

Your will be working closely with the foreign GM as well the brand manager coordinating promotions, activities and general branding.

最后，你需要与外籍总经理、品牌推广经理紧密合作，协调各项促销、活动以及常规品牌推广的各项事宜。

Requirements:岗位要求：

1. You have a college degree or above and has a minimum of 3 years experience related to B2C sales.

本科及以上学历，至少3年B2C销售相关经验。

2. You have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a result oriented environment.

对销售有热情，乐于在一个注重工作成果的环境当中工作。

3. You have good PC skills and are proficient in both written and spoken English. CET-6 or above.

良好的计算机操作水平。良好的英语听说读写能力，CET-6以上。

4. You work well both independently as well are a team player. You are detail oriented and works well under pressure during busy periods and are dedicated to your work.

独立的工作能力，但又同时兼有良好的团队合作精神。工作有条理，在工作繁忙时有良好的抗压能力，并乐于奉献。

5. You have a creative mind, can think both small and big processes and procedures through and also lead them into practice.

有创造性的头脑，既善于把握宏观进程和流程，又善于考虑细节问题，并有能够把计划和想法付诸实施的能力。

6. You are open minded, eager to learn and have a positive mind and approach towards people.

接受能力好，好学，工作积极，喜欢与人打交道。
