主要职责Main Responsibilities：

l Manage project APQP according to company system and customer system

l Lead to collect the cost information for new business quotation from OEMs until nominated

l Lead to understand customer requirement and procedure.

l Communicate with Technical Center (France) for technical information and organize the technical review meeting (Process/FEA/3D-2D data/DFMEA)

l Define the cost/quality / timing target in the beginning of project and realize them when launch the projects

l Set up project team (include local and Europe) and organize project kick-off meeting.

l coordinate with each department and arrange the working assignment

l Monitor and reduce risks during development (Technical/Cost/Timing/Quality)

l Follow up the Purchasing for supplier sourcing on time.

l Follow the new investment(tools or equipments) costs and timing if have

l Manage the Engineering Change(cost/investment/timing)and follow until it is closed.

l Lead to do the DV&PV and follow to finish all function tests on time.

l Meet each customer milestone and got the OTS/ PPAP(PSW) approved from customer.

l Deliver the product and documents according to customer’s requirement.

l Capture lessons learn during projects development and share with team

l Arrange and organize for customer audit (nominated projects and new customer)

l Archiving all project files after SOP.

l Good communication with customer and quickly reply with customers’ question.

任职资格Qualifications：

- Bachelor degree or above major in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering related

- More than 3 years of work experience in automotive field

- Good English skills in writing, listening and speaking

- PC knowledge: Word/Excel/Project/PPT/Ourlook

- APQP/PPAP process

- Good leadship with team working and strong sense of responsibility

索格菲（苏州）汽车部件有限公司在吴江有两家制造工厂，其中一家工厂位于采字路456号，主要生产汽车悬挂部件，产品包括稳定杆、扭力杆、螺旋弹簧等。这些产品专门用于汽车、轻型及重型商务车、工程机械和铁路机车。另一家工厂位于庞金路1028号，专业研发生产发动机系统里的进气系统、冷却模块、油滤模块等。索格菲苏州的主要客户包括世界著名的汽车和工业车辆制造商奔驰，宝马，奥迪，福特，雪铁龙等。
