Document control for HQ;

Plan and organize to implement internal audit activities with 4plants, follow up the action improvement.

Plan and organize to implement system maintenance and training activity with 4 plants, supervision implementation effectiveness.

Company KPI scorecard management and follow up.

Coordinate with 4plants about IATF certificate audit to keep it effective, to be done items follow up.

Coordinate with plant system engineer and process owner for procedure development and optimization.

Coordinate with plant system engineer for each process’s lesson learns data base set up and management.

Support 4 plants for customer audits and supplier audits, work with plant system engineer to follow up action improvement.

Other task assigned by the line manager.

Experience and required skills:

1. At least 3-years’ experience with 16949 automotive quality management system.

2. Skill in 5 tools of APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA & MSA;

3. Knowledge and experience of document control and auditing.

4. Good communication skills.

5.Fluent English.

6. Knowledge and experience of steel processing related industry or material/engineering background

7. could accept business travel to other sites.
