职位描述


Responsibilities Include:

    

-       Implement channel development policy, search and identify new distributors in the relevant business areas.

    

-       Supervise distribution channel organization.  

    

-       Develop dealers’ contract in accordance with the company’s sales strategy.

    

-       Manage and coordinate sales activities of the distributors to provide sales support including product catalogue, customization solution, training as well.

    

-       Responsible for sales forecast, plans and budget on annual, quarterly and monthly basis.

    

-       Coordinate with Marketing Department to establish pricing, ensure product cost targets are achieved.

  • Coordinate with Technical Support Department in developing products for the customers, technical matters solving, technical training.
  • Improve sales efficiency and key account management.
  • Maintain strong customer base and relation.

                

    

Position Requirements:

  • Good experience in sales, particularly in sales channel development.
  • Rich knowledge and experience of engineering project business would be desirable.
  • Know the similar products of competitors is plus.
  • Excellent team leadership skills.
  • Good responsibility, motivated to work effectively without direct supervision.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Establish network with initiative.
  • Take working pressure.
  • Solid computer skills in Excel, Power Point and Word.
  • Good command of speaking, listening, reading and writing English competence.
  • Bachelor degree or above, preferably in marketing, business administration or other related   field.
  • Willing to travel extensively.
