Job Description：-

    

? Work closely with the other Campus TAPs, and the Campus Manager to implement broad recruitment strategy and campus execution.

    

? Support strategies for large scale marquee hiring event execution & facilitate by request on strategic campus recruitment events, e.g. campus talk, interview day, open day, etc.

    

? Build and leverage external relationships with target universities to help shape sourcing strategy and develop future talent pipelines.

    

? Ensure a signature candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process.

    

? Track candidate pipeline activities and report to leadership regularly on progress, roadblocks and successes

    

? Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, hiring managers’ interactions, and other recruiting activities
