Job Description

• Formulate customer strategy, develop and grow the business with key customers
• Identify new opportunities and explore business with potential customers
• Achieve sales /profitability targets and overall financial objectives for designated accounts
• Build and leverage strong relationships with customers, lead strategic negotiations and be able to connect with & influence decision makers
• Understand customer needs/expectation and provide tailored made solutions
• In charge tenders and proposals, handle customer enquiries and resolve difficult situations and complaints
• Manage and monitor client’s quality programs, collaborate with operations and coordinate all business activities with internal divisions
• Collect, assess and report market intelligence

                    

Job Requirement:

• Fluent in English, knowledge of Mandarin would be an advantage
• Degree Holder in any discipline
• At least 2 years working experience; business development and/or key account management experience would be an advantage
• Strong negotiation, facilitation & presentation skills; excellent communication and coordination skills
• Able to generate new ideas, good at impacting and convincing others and get initiatives implemented
• Self-motivated, proactive, result oriented and a good team player
• Good understanding of Chinese culture and environment; able to build strong working relationships with internal and/or external customers
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowePoint
