职位描述

Job Summary:

Responsible to design, coach and facilitate talent initiatives to support business objectives. As the driver for all talent initiatives across Asia Pacific Region, you will partner our business managers to define talent management and learning and development solutions.


Job Responsibilities:

1. Establishing performance management and talent assessment system

2. Facilitate talent development and review process and work closely with other HR team members on key talents review, discussion, and support on leadership and talent development offerings

3. Drive talent development programs and initiatives for all sites to upskill both leadership and technical talents and support workforce growth, implement regional processes to identify, measure and invest in people potential

4. Develop and implement a regional learning strategy to build organizational capabilities, identify and priority talent needs to support business growth and organization development, build and develop diversified talent pipeline to all level positions to meet business growth needs;

5. Oversee regional training calendar and evaluate the performance of vendors

6. Champion and deliver the talent and succession management processes and leadership programs

7. Effectively deploy rewards processes/practices and performance management and within assigned organization to drive required levels of employee accountability for desired performance results and ensure retention of top performers

8. Design and deliver training courses in line with business strategy according to career promotion channels, make skills development plans, and evaluate training quality;

9. Conduct training framework, including trainer & coach candidate screening system, and interview, training, development, etc.


Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree.

2. More than 5 years of working experiences within multiple HR disciplines most importantly business partnering, performance management, , training and development.

3. Language: Native in Mandarin and workable English;

4. Computer Skills: Proficient at Office software like Word, Excel, PPT

5. Travel Frequency: less than20%

6. Knowledge:

- Proficient with performance management process, competency model, IDP and TPP

- Project management experience or training experience in organizational behavior is preferred;

- MNC training and development field qualifications will be a plus;

7. Other traits we are looking for:

- Good learning ability, can work under pressure, work hardly, smartly and with a great sense of team spirit
