Summary:概要：

Identify and create new business opportunities through the use of Shiloh's lightweighting without compromise approach and demonstrate the ability to understand and predict the technical needs of our customers. Support application engineering to develop new product applications based on ShilohCore acoustic panel technologies.

Plans, conducts and directs development work on ShilohCore NVH projects necessitating the origination and application of new and unique approaches. Develops specifications and product validation requirements for ShilohCore NVH performance. Work with global R&D team to commercialize ShilohCore new technology (STIR R&D platform).

识别、创造新的商业机会，通过运用Shiloh轻量化不牺牲性能的理念，来证明有能力理解并预测我们客户的技术需求。基于Shiloh技术，协助应用工程师开发ShilohCore 声学板技术在新产品上的应用。

计划，执行和指导ShilohCore项目的NVH开发工作，制定规范和产品验证方法，证明ShilohCore NVH的效果。 协助公司全球研发团队，基于STIR开发平台，使ShilohCore新技术商业化。

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 基本职责包括（但不限于）如下：

1. Set up ShilohCore new project acoustic panel verification specification and testing methods.

   制定ShilohCore声学板新项目的验证规范和实验方法；

2. According to project requirements, prepared NVH test plan to lead the NVH experiment;

   根据项目要求，撰写NVH试验计划，主导NVH实验；

3. Responsible for analyzing the NVH test results, come up with improvement. Suggest and optimize schemes to prove ShilohCore NVH performance.

   负责分析NVH试验结果，提出改进建议及优化方案，证明ShilohCore NVH的效果；

4. Support to solve the vibration and noise problems of customer products;

   协助解决客户产品存在的振动噪声问题；

5. Ability to use of software such as HYPERMESH, Nastran, Virtual Lab, etc. to assist OEM to complete the NVH simulation analysis and optimize of chassis sub-system .

   熟练使用HYPERMESH、Nastran、Virtual Lab等软件，协助OEM完成底盘子系统的NVH模拟分析及优化；

6. Support application engineer to do technical development for customers and potential customers.

配合应用工程师完成客户或潜在客户端的技术开发。

1. Work with global R&D team to commercialize ShilohCore new technology.

   协助公司全球研发团队，使新技术商业化.

2. Attend customer meetings for up front engineering and launch support.

参加客户会议，为项目前期工程的启动提供支持。

1. Observe/monitor new technologies, competitors, OEM trends and report to management.

观察/监控新技术、竞争者、客户趋势，并汇报给管理层。

Education and/or Experience 教育背景/经验

1. Bachelor Degree in Vehicle or Mechanical Engineering, Master is prefer

   本科以上学历，车辆、机械专业毕业，硕士优先

2. Three years related experience.

3年以上的汽车行业相关工作经验。

Skills and abilities 技能

1. Familiar with vehicle, Specifically engine radiation & structure and road noise NVH knowledge;

   熟悉车身,特别是发动机辐射&结构噪音、路噪的NVH相关知识；

2. Ability to use of software such as HYPERMESH, Nastran, Virtual Lab etc.

   熟练使用HYPERMESH、Nastran、Virtual Lab等软件；

3. Participated more than 2 vehicles chassis system NVH analysis；

   参与完成了2个以上地盘系统项目的NVH分析；

4. Ability to use Word, Excel, and Power Point.

   熟练使用Word, Excel 和PPT。

   5. Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English and ability to effectively present information to colleagues, internal and external meetings in or out of business hours.

中、英文良好的书写和口头沟通能力并且有能力和同事有效传述信息，在工作时间内需要召开对内和对外会议。

6. Able to work overtime. Some travel for business purposes is required
