工作职责
- 跟踪客户订单，与货代协调订舱、安排装运和跟踪
- 协助客户制定及优化运输路线和确保有竞争力的价格，以提高运输效率
- 跟踪和监控货物运输情况，制定报表，并向其他部门提供最新信息
- 有效解决客户投诉
- 制定费用报告
- 其他相关的工作
岗位要求
- 优秀应届毕业生或1年左右相关工作经验
- 良好的沟通和协调能力
- 良好的英语听读写能力
- 主动、积极向上
- 高度工作责任感
