Role synopsis

The focus of the role is to follow business/platform vision, strategy and product direction set by AMU China business lead and digital product owner China, deeply understand the product roadmap by AMU China business lead and digital product owner China and keep synced with global program, responsible for the complete ‘electrification’ product – digital + physical experience and deliver product, lead and work with devops teams daily, plan sprints, manage backlog and prioritize them with ADO tool, develop product go to market plan, marketing offers and operation models against business/platform vision and strategy.

The role will report to Business Product Manager.

Key accountabilities

1. Follow business/platform vision, strategy and product direction set by AMU China business lead and digital product owner China.
2. Deeply understand the product roadmap by AMU China business lead and digital product owner China and keep synced with global program.
3. Responsible for the complete ‘electrification’ product – digital + physical experience and deliver product, lead and work with devops teams daily

4. Plan sprints, manage backlog and prioritize them with ADO tool, develop product go to market plan, marketing offers and operation models against business/platform vision and strategy.

Essential Education

Bachelor and above

Essential experience and job requirements

Strong track record of product design/analysis/management and supporting digital platform implementation.
Good coordination experience to cooperate with multiple partners.
Good root cause analysis skills and lead operation team to quick response the issue.
Consumer understanding and awareness – experience of building compelling value propositions for China.
Ability to work in flexible and highly commercially focused way to achieve results.
Knowledge of local mobility industry, experience in digital platform management, and ideally covering as many elements of the value chain as possible.

Desirable criteria and qualifications

Experience in a range of mobility-relevant technology and its application in business models.
Entrepreneurial experience.
Direct experience in mobility and/or retail/OEMs.
Cross cultural and global working.
Strong English knowledge in written and spoken form
