职责描述：

1. Investment planning and tracking;

2. Ensure the fulfillment of global WPC standards. Ensure the concept “same product same process”;

3. Development, continuous improvement and setup of manufacturing processes, based global standards;

4. Creation and development of D-FMEA’s and P-FMEA’s;

5. Driving new Product innovations. Product development according customer specifications with modern system (Catia, FEM);

6. Continues improvement of current product concepts regarding cost and quality;

7. Ensure, that installed manufacturing equipment and product design can be used to deliver to the customer in the right quality, costs and quantity;

8. Ensure balance between product and process demands. Driving product and process Poka-Yoke;

9. Customer contact for technical issues on product and process during development phase;

10. Participation in acquisition of new customers and networking;

11. Main driver for cooperation for external science institutions;

12. Awareness of and adherence to all quality standards and guidelines and compliance with safety, health and environment regulations;

13. Complete other related tasks assigned by superior.

• Master degree or above, major in electrical or mechanical engineering related;
• More than 10 years technical working experience in automotive parts industry and at least 5 years of management experience;
• Expert in Machining、Welding、Stamping and Assembling technology;
• Strong creative ability, develop ability and project management skills;
• Strong leadership skills, communication skills and organizational skills，more than 20 people team management experience； 
• Good command of English.
