Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Finance Leader, you will be responsible for accounts payable invoices processing and payment related work. Key attributes of this role include:

1.Process invoices/expenses in the system either by using cost center provided or by matching invoices with appropriate purchase orders receipts

2.Process 3 way matching of invoices and proactively identify and resolve issues and risks as necessary

3.Work closely with applicable market, sites, oversea shared service center and vendors in relevant areas to resolve queries and issues in a timely manner

4.Prepare payment related documents required by bank

5.Responsible for preparing periodic and ad hoc reports for advance payments and Accounts Payable as required

6.Responsible for invoices filing and provide support to monthly accounts payable account reconciliation and month end closing.

7.Ensure robust compliance environment with SOX, internal controls, accounting policies and procedures

8.Any other Ad-hoc task arranged

Requirements:

1.Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or equivalent in working experience

2.Customer focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills

3.Capable of working independently and applying analytical skills in accounting processes

4.Ability to leverage and build on ERP skills to ensure operational excellence and service quality

5.Attentions to details

6.Strong sense of responsibility

7.Proficiency in English
