Develop and own the product portfolio for configured solutions based on Elo’s Unified Architecture:

2  Overall P&L for the product line

2  Modular solutions based on the WallabyTM family of self-service systems

2  Custom configurations built from components of the Elo platform

2  Accessories and peripherals

? Lead the qualification, quoting, timeline management and prioritization of new custom projects

? Manage PRD (product requirements) and product P&L for including adherence to process, proper documentation and goal setting.

? Manage product life cycle (PLC) from specification to release and change management to end-of-life with all associated internal teams and external customers

? Closely work with sales, FAE, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, NPI, quality, and service team to ensure successful execution of kiosk projects

 

 

 IDEAL BACKGROUND

? 3+ years of product management, program management, engineering and design experience

? Experience working directly with software and hardware engineering/ designers to design and iterate on products

? Experience working directly in commercial B2B sales motions and interacting with large end-customers used in enterprise environments

 

 EDUCATION

? Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Marketing or Design)

? Project management certification preferred

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills; responsive communication style. Multi-lingual (English/Mandarin) communication skills highly desirable.

? Strong project management and time management skills with attention to detail

? Interpersonal skills with keen ability to explain complex concepts across the organization and to large audiences
