1、Be responsible for system spec, analog circuit architecture and block spec;

    

负责系统规范、模拟电路架构和模块规范；

    

2、Communicate with layout team for chip floorplan and the quality of macro layout;

    

与芯片布局团队沟通芯片的平面布置图和宏观布局的质量；

    

3、Communicate with device/process team for key peripheral device requirement。

    

与设备/工艺团队沟通关键外围设备需求。

    

    

任职资格：

    

1、Master degree or above in related fields such electrical engineering, micro-electronics and etc;

    

       电子工程、微电子等相关专业硕士及以上学历

    

2、At least 5 years experience in analog/mixed-signal IC product development;

    

5年以上模拟/混合信号集成电路产品开发经验

    

3、Solid knowledge of analog circuitry, device physics, semiconductor process, analog circuitry and system;

    

熟悉模拟电路、器件物理、半导体工艺、模拟电路和系统

    

4、Experience on memory product is a strong plus;

    

       有存储产品经验者优先

    

5、Excellent communication skills and team work spirit;

    

   良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
