IP Counsel

工作职责:

1. Assist Head of IP Dispute and IP Licensing Section with global IP matters, including IP litigation, licensing, and risk management support

2. Develop and implement IP licensing strategies in support of the company's business growth plan in China and other Asian jurisdictions

3. Develop and implement IP dispute resolution strategies to minimize potential business disruption in China and other Asian jurisdictions

4. Provide balanced legal advice to promote the company's business interest and mitigate any potential IP related risks

5. Collaborate with patent prosecution team to develop key patent portfolios

任职资格:

1. Licensed and registered to practice IP law in China and/or in the US

2. 3+ years of Chinese IP litigation experience combined from private practice and in-house practice; preferably 2+ years of IP licensing experience with active participation in business discussion

3. In-depth knowledge of semiconductor technologies, including semiconductor fabrication process, semiconductor device structures, integrated circuit design, and integrated circuit testing and assembly; preferably 2+ years of technical experience as an electrical engineer, reversed engineering professional, or patent examiner

4. A law degree from a leading law school in China and/or overseas

5. A bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from a leading Chinese or foreign university, with an emphasis on semiconductor technologies

6. Excellent drafting and communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese

7. Team player, uncompromising work ethics, willingness to adapt and grow, and ability to provide effective legal counseling to meet the many challenges of a growing company

8. Comfortable to use English as the working language
