职位描述
拉曼支持工程师负责执行服务支持计划和客户关系维护的所有方面,包括但不限于:安装、维修、预防性维护、升级、操作培训和仪器确认。
1)拉曼光谱现场安装、维修、维护、培训、升级、鉴定
2)使用基于拉曼的系统,确保响应性远程支持(电话、视频呼叫、远程控制等)、诊断和现场服务超出客户的期望,使客户获得成功
3)负责管理公司提供的资产,如零部件库存、计算机、通用工具、软件、知识产权等。
4)负责按要求准确、及时地报告所有活动(如服务报告、验收报告、工作报告等)
5)始终确保与客户建立***的关系,以达到客户忠诚度,并在必要时升级问题,以最快的方式解决关键任务
6)分析仪器产生的信息和技术问题的性能报告,建议工厂进行修改,以消除未来发生的同样问题
7)在顾客和公司之间建立沟通纽带,确保向顾客提供有效的服务
8)开展设备安全操作方面的培训,并向学员(包括团队成员和客户)展示技能
Raman Support Engineer is responsible for executing all aspects of service support plans and customer relationship maintenance including but not limited to: installation, repair, preventative maintenance, upgrade, operation training and instrument qualification.
Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, training, upgrad and qualification of Raman Spectroscopy
Assure responsive remote support (telephone, video call, remote control etc.) and diagnostic as well as on-site Services to exceed the customer’s expectation and making them successful by using Raman-based system
Is responsible to manage the company’s assets provided, such as Inventory of Parts, Computer, general Tools, Software, Intellectual property etc.
Is responsible to report accurate and timely of all activities as required (e.g. Service Reports, Acceptance Reports, Working Reports etc.)
Always ensure highest professional relationship with our customer base to achieve customer loyalty and escalate issues if necessary to solve critical tasks in the fastest way possible
Analyzes instrument generated message and performance reports of technical issues to recommend factory modifications that eliminate future events of the same issue
Provides a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer
Develops and conducts training on the safe operations of the equipment and demonstrates skills to trainees, including both team members and customers

1)至少1-5年分析设备技术支持经验或同等的光学经验,并有光谱仪相关分析仪器的操作经验
2) phy /光学/化学/材料相关的
3) 有效的中英文口头和书面沟通能力
4) 必须能够举起45公斤,必须能够站立很长时间
5) 必须能够加班
6) 具有良好的团队合作精神
7) 自我激励,以结果为导向
8) 必须能适应每天的出差,最多50%的过夜时间
9) 有效的沟通技巧和建立良好的客户关系是至关重要的。与同事清晰一致地分享信息的能力
1) Minimum 1-5 years’ experience technical supporting analytical equipment or equivalent optical and hands on experience analytical instrumentation related to spectrometer
2) Phy/Optics/Chem/Material related
3) Effective oral and written communication skills with both English and Chinese
4) Must be able to lift 45 kg, must be able to stand for long periods of time
5) Must be able to work overtime
6) Demonstrated effective teamwork player
7) Self motivated and result oriented
8) Must be available to travel on a daily basis, and up to 50% overnight
9) Effective communication skills and establishing good customer rapport are essential. Ability to share information clearly and consistently with colleagues
