Position: HR Director

Responsibilities

- Set up HR structure & systems, plans and coordinates all HR activities within the organization

- Manage all HR functions

- HRBP & HR Service Center management

- Play the role of In-house consultant to line managers on all people related programs or activities, manpower planning & budgeting, organization design or re-mapping, performance management, compensation and benefit management, talent review, succession planning, employee relationship, team or individual motivation, employee retention, communication, Engagement Survey, etc. -Implement all people program, including engagement survey, performance management program, learning and people development program.

Qualifications:

- Master Degree or abover

- 10+ years HR experience in MNCs, 5 years in management role, HR experience in international education industry is preferred.

- Management skills and experience of business processes.

- Labour law knowledge and negotiation skill.

- Intercultural knowledge.

- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills

- English (written and spoken).
