职位描述
Key responsibilities:
- Participate in the formulation of the company's sales strategy and marketing strategy, implement the company's marketing strategy and be responsible for regional market development;
- Formulate marketing plans, break down sales targets, and be responsible for the sales targets and conversion rates of the industry;
- Responsible for business development and cooperation in the AGV industry, explored existing customer cooperation opportunities and explored new customers and partners, promoted the implementation of products, solutions and business cooperation, and achieved business targets;
- Organize sales and technical personnel to carry out pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales activities, including marketing strategy formulation, product sales and project bidding, project implementation and management, customer consultation and training, after-sales service, etc., coordinate and rationally allocate resources, and deal with emergencies;
- Organize the collection and analysis of market and customer information in the responsible field, submit quarterly market analysis report, and timely submit various other special reports, statements and materials;
- Explore and evaluate business opportunities through multiple channels, establish cooperative relations with customers, maintain the relationship with customers throughout the project cycle, and mobilize various resources to promote the progress of cooperation;
- Maintain and deepen long-term and good cooperative relationship with customers in the industry, and continuously explore customers to provide solutions;
- Based on the company's technology, products, resources, etc., in combination with the needs of customers, cooperate with the solution department, lead the process of customer communication and negotiation, and carry out the output of technology and solutions;
- Participate in the formulation of operational rules and marketing strategies;
- Establish and maintain a good customer relationship, establish a positive, positive brand image of the company;
- Participate in the development of branch sales, customer management, project management related systems and procedures, improve the organization's operation standardization and efficiency;
- Manage the entire domestic sales team;
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
Qulifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in communication, electronics, computer, marketing or related is preferred;
- MBA or Master’s Degree is strongly preferred;
- At least 5 years sales experience in AGV industry and related warehouse robot industry, with experience in customer resources, large project cases, strategic cooperation and practical operation;
- At least 5 years sales or marketing management experience, at least 3 years’ experience in the same position, AGV or automation or artificial intelligence related industry;
- Have experience in channel agent development and management, lead a sales team of at least 20 people, can accept high frequency and long term business trip;
- Familiar with the company's product knowledge and business process;
- Familiar with regional market situation and competitors;
- Master marketing knowledge and have rich marketing skills;
- Strong communication skills and ability to complete other tasks assigned by superiors;
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with strong customer orientation;
- Has the strong market pioneering ability, is full of the work passion, has the strong pressure ability;
- Have the spirit of independent development, strong self-drive and enterprise, goal driven;
- Excellent understanding, communication, and business negotiation skills with empathy.
