1、理解公司业务战略，及时了解业务单位发展动向及对人力资源的需求；

2、执行和维护所在公司的人力资源管理体系；

3、从人力资源角度理解业务部门的日常管理工作，并给到专业意见及解决方案；

4、参与公司绩效体系管理， 确保年初目标制定、绩效沟通及年度绩效评估的顺利实施；

5、了解员工对人力资源及培训的需求，制定企业培训计划，协调相关资源完成培训实施及培训结果评估；

6、其他上级领导安排的工作。

任职资格：

1、全日制本科以上学历，至少5年中型（100-300人）企业人力资源工作经验；

2、有半导体、自动化非标、或制造业相关背景的优先；

3、重绩效、培训，有HRBP主管或全流程人事经理经验者优先；

4、情商高，有影响力，能够将人力资源制度导入到业务部门并及时获得反馈；

5、岗位急招，可及时到岗者优先。
