Importation

？ To be responsible for the efficiency of incoming and outgoing shipments and cooperate with Registration team, to make sure each shipment complete the custom clearance & CIQ process on-time and properly.

？ To proactively monitor incoming shipment documentation.

？ To be responsible for making sure goods are received efficiently, properly and accurately => physically and also data entries in the inventory system.

？ To review the performance of importation agent and service providers to make sure we receive the highest level of service at the most economical costs.

？ Conduct periodic internal inspection to ensure compliance of procedures.

？ To inform well in advance anticipations of any problems, inefficiencies or difficulties to line manager & supply chain director.

？ Necessary communication with regional logistics for shipment issues and system issues.

Planning

？ Management and coordination of planning including demand and supply of the sub-segment

？ Solid database setup and professional analysis to facilitate robust planning

？ Coordinate the China forecast committee with relevant business teams to drive forecast accuracy

？ Collect information regarding future products launches, end-of-life, promotional activities, review and challenge forecast assumptions, facilitate collaborative monthly S&OP process cycle and discuss based on relevant KPI reporting, analysis and follow-up.

？ Compile & analyze on Supply Chain KPIs by reviewing system parameters (Safety Stocks, Lead Time, ABCD class, etc.)

？ Update planning tools to align with the requirements from the group / regional best practices, assisting with the local rollout and adaptations where applicable, ensuring all processes are aligned with the usage of the tool.

？ Maintenance (within the planning system(s) and process) of and communicate products life cycle status locally and regionally for all product types, ensuring master data accuracy of all items for relevant reporting needs.

？ Review products availability plan and anticipate any potential risks (under / over stock) for short-mid-long-term in achieving the commercial and marketing plans, indicating evolutions and concerns as well as propose potential solutions.

？ Monitor delivery status from Singapore / Paris & follow up purchase order, check missing orders and manage customers’ returns in collaboration with Customer Service and Finance.

？ In coordination with regional team, ensure consistent update of system parameters on inventory management

Ad-hoc:

？ Participate in supply chain projects by managing new initiatives as goal setting; assist with miscellaneous projects as needed.

职位要求：

Years of Experience:

2-5 years working experiences in planning and importation.

Experiences in FMCG or cosmetics industry are preferred.

Education/Training:

BA/BS college degree or its equivalent.

Other:

1. Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, planning methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts.

2. Strong knowledge on other software packages including Windows, and Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.

3. Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast process.

4. Good facilitation skills are required.

5. Be proactive and detail oriented.

6. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

7. Work under pressure.
