  工作要求Job  Requirements 

 1.  8年及以上质量改进项目参与背景, 3年以上质量改进经理的工作经验。汽车行业经验者佳。 8yrs experience of quality improvement program involved, 3yrs at least acting as quality improvement manager。Automatic experience is preferred. 

 2.  拥有6sigma黑带认证, 一定数量的独立6sigma黑带项目。并且能够独立开展绿带资质的培训。 Certificated by 6sigma black belt, experience of leading certain numbers of belt programs. Enough capability to organize training for green belt knowledge. 

 3.  熟练运用各种质量和统计工具(QFD, FMEA, SPC, DOE, MSA, 5 WHY, FISHBONE, MINITAB, etc)。 Skilled on quality and statistic tools (QFD, FMEA, SPC, DOE, MSA, 5 WHY, FISHBONE, MINITAB, etc) . 

 4.  有强烈的责任感，较强的推动力, 推动内部的持续改进工作。 Be strong accountability and stronger motivation to push internal continuous improvement. 

 5.   优秀的快速响应能力、较强的沟通、组织、协调能力。 Excellent quick response capacity and stronger communication, organize and coordinate ability as must request.        

岗位职责Job Responsibility

    

    

1.  负责伟速达中国质量改进工作，推动总部和各运营工厂的公司级质量改进项目。

    

Lead quality continues improve activities in VCN group, plan and excuse improve programs in company level with each headquarter and plants.

    

2.  负责筹划6 sigma架构搭建，6sigma绿带人员开发和质量改进工具培训工作。

    

6 sigma programs development in VCN, including lead people development with green belt of 6sigma and other quality improvements tools.

    

3. 与各质量功能经理和主管，合作推进慢性质量问题的改进。

    

Working with Quality function managers to identify the improve opportunities on knotty problems.

    

4. 负责伟速达中国的质量成本分析和改进。

    

Co-work with Finance team on COQ analysis and continues improvements.

    

5.  完成上级交办的其它工作.
