 1)   Bachelor degree, major in engineering; 本科学历，工科专业 

 2)   Minimum continuous 5 years tier 1 automotive company working experience; 至少连续5年汽车零部件1级供应商工作经验 

 3)   Good oral and written English communication ability; 良好的英语口语及书写能力

 4)   Excellent communication/Presentation/interpersonal skill; 良好的沟通、演示及人际关系能力    

岗位职责Job Responsibility

    

    

1)   Interface between customers and internally to deal with all commercial related issues with customer.

    

作为公司与客户间的联系窗口负责协调、解决所有与客户相关的商务问题；

    

    

2)   Familiar with CAF&SGM, GM's procedure includes quotation and customer site maintenance.

    

熟悉CAF&SGM端的报价及客户网站维护等流程;

    

    

3)   Understand basic financial model and product cost structure.

    

了解基本的财务模型及产品成本构成结构；

    

    

4)   Full time job and coordinate with senior sales’ manager or director to maintain and develop all customers’ relationship. Including (CAF, Ford-AP, Tier 1, Portion of GM).

    

全职，维护并发展客户关系。包括CAF, Ford-AP,GM, Tier 1等;

    

    

5)  Develop and maintain customer relationships, secure current businesses and make it more perfect development; achieve defined yearly acquisition plan.

    

维护并发展客户关系，确保已定点业务顺利运营并进一步开发新业务; 完成公司下达的年度销售任务；

    

    

6)  lead the internal quotation process, to prepare the quotation files.

    

主导内部报价流程，准备报价文件；

    

7)  Lead and coordinate with MO to achieve the cost reduction target.

    

主导和配合伟速达联盟公司去实现降成本目标。

    

    

8)  Setup and update assigned customer’s Sales Plan, be responsible for accuracy of sales plan data.

    

建立并更新所辖客户的年度销售计划，并对销售计划数据准确性负责；

    

9)  Assure correct transmission customer needs & expectations to the organization, focus all the structures in customer service in order to provide the best response.
