Responsibility:

1, Preparing financial reports in line with
US GAAP reporting guidelines

2, Preparing all external reporting or
filings including earning releases for IPO and post IPO according to listed
company requirement

3, Coordinate with external auditors

4, Optimize internal control processes,
policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial
statements

5, Providing guidance and advice to the
teams in respect of group financial reporting requirements

6, Participant and provide the professional
opinion on all major projects including financing, investment, M&A and
major contracts

7, Work closely with financial analysis
team on preparing business performance and profitability analysis

Qualification:

1,Bachelor's degree in Finance/accounting

2,CPA qualification will be highly valued

3,Minimum 4 years auditing/accounting
experience

4, Be familiar with US GAAP/IFRS

5, Solid financial reporting experience

6,Previous working experience in BIG4 and
in-house reporting experience for a US listed company is preferred

7, Excellent communication skills (Mandarin
& English)

8, Excellent problem-solving skills and
attention to detail
