工作职能：

    

1、根据需求对提供产品的最优设计方案；

    

2、对部门成员的设计方案进行审核，提供改善建议；

    

3、指导并监督部门各设计项目的实施情况，控制产品开发进度，调整计划；

    

4、对试制及生产过程中的突发情况提出有效改善措施；

    

5、向其他部门提供必要的工作配合；

    

6、对本部门人员进行管理，组建优秀的产品研发团队，对部门成员进行培训、考核；

    

6、完成分配的其他工作。

    

    

职位要求：

    

    

1、硕士及以上学历，电机或机电一体化专业，电机技术开发类5年以上技术管理经验。

    

2、熟练使用AutoCAD、PROE、CORE等画图软件，熟练使用ANSOFT软件对电机进行电磁计算，并能解决电机的噪音、温度等问题；

    

3、能够把握电机技术的发展动向，并能够从客户的角度来进行技术实现，了解电机使用材料的各类属性；

    

4、有带领团队完成项目的经验，能承担高负荷的工作，有良好的团队合作精神、开拓创新精神和卓越的管理能力。
