1、负责电动助力自行车电机控制系统产品技术开发以及技术管理工作；  

2、负责产品技术沟通，明确内外部客户技术需求；  

3、负责编制产品开发任务书并落实设计；  

4、负责编制公司新产品开发计划；  

5、负责产品技术方案设计并评审；  

6、负责产品设计、过程失效模式分析；  

7、负责编制产品验证规范；  

8、负责电机控制器硬件设计的审核；  

9、负责硬件板路测试和规范编写；  

10、负责电机控制器软件设计的审核；  

11、负责电机控制器上位机软件设计的审核；  

12、负责电机控制器失效时的分析和解决； 
13、向其他部门提供必要的工作配合；  

14、对本部门人员进行管理，组建优秀的产品研发团队，对部门成员进行培训、 考核；  

15、完成分配的其他工作。

职位要求：  

1、硕士及以上学历，有 5 年以上新能源汽车电机控制器开发从业经验，在电机 控制器软件，硬件，系统，测试等方面有较深经验者优先；  

2、有 2 年以上团队建设及管理经验；  

3、善于沟通，解决问题； 

4、有带领团队完成项目的经验，能承担高负荷的工作，有良好的团队合作精神、 开拓创新精神和卓越的管理能力。
