工作职责：

1. 负责公司产品新结构、新模具的设计；

2. 确保所设计图纸的正确性、规范性、生产可行性；

3. 处理开发、量试和量产阶段的各种结构相关问题；

4. 负责与合作方的项目对接和技术对接。

职位要求：

1. 机械设计及自动化、机电一体化、车辆工程等相关专业毕业，扎实的机械设计理论基础，对塑胶模具、钣金类产品有较深的了解；

2. 掌握CAD、Pro/E等软件，能够独立完成产品3D建模、结构设计、BOM表等；

3. 熟悉产品制造工艺和由设计到制造的对接，能够配合外观设计建立三维模型；

4. 熟悉模具设计制造的工艺要求，能够独立设计开模；

5. 3年以上摩托车、电动车结构和外观研发工作经验；

6. 工作态度积极，主观能动性强，良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。
