KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Involve BU project and related platforms management;

·      Run distributor on boarding/termination process and ensure 100% compliance;

·      Establish and maintain BD channel data pool (include purchase, inventory and sales data) and design report format base on customer requirement;

·      Understand and mine the data analysis need focus on channel effectiveness and make the monthly/quarterly data report for BU to help to optimize channel structure and improve channel effectiveness of BU;

• Responsible for two-invoice business model transformation and related services management;
• Support two-invoice project’s SOW and related optimization;

·      Monitor and analysis the distributors’ margin and optimize the business model to strengthen efficiency and effectiveness;

·      Keep strategy thinking of business model innovation & development

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

·      University degree: advance degree a plus

·      At least 3 years working experience in commercial / consulting

·      Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and observations from channel data analysis will be prefer

·      Basic knowledge / experience of the local health-care network and government agencies.

·      Highest Ethical standards and judgment ability

·      Strong negotiation willing and skill

·      A positive “can-do” attitude

·      Fluent in English, Good PC skill.
